MANCHESTERTOWBAR FITTING

Just had my towbar installed really pleased with the the whole process, from a very competitive price the efficiency of booking it in and the professional manor of Brandon the technician who fitted it 100%

Excellent speedy service. Would highly recommend.

Really pleased with my new towbar from Hitched Towbars! They had availability the following week and communicated really well throughout, including keeping me updated with timings on the day. The fitter, Brandon, was lovely and did a great job. There was an issue where the wrong towbar had been sent out, but Brandon went out of his way to drive an hour round trip to collect the correct one so he could still get it fitted for me on the day. I really appreciated him going the extra mile (or multiple miles) to sort it. The towbar looks great and I was initially worried that the swan neck might interfere with the parking sensors, but thankfully it hasn’t affected them at all. I was also quoted the lowest price with Hitched Towbars compared with the other companies I looked at. Overall, really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!

From my initial enquiry to the fitting of my removable towbar the service was excellent. Kieran dealt with my endless queries and questions with the patience of a saint. The fitter James was equally helpful professional and a master of his trade. James took time at the end to explain and demonstrate the workings of the tow bar. It's a rarity to find such excellent friendly customer service ,thank you both so much. I'll be honest, when I read the reviews I was sceptical . Can they really be that good? Answer is YES !!I I highly recommend this company for a stress free quality professional installation of a towbar.

Wonderful company

Contacted them for quote for TowBar. After talking to Kieran he asked to see photos. After seeing photos he let us know that the fittings we had looks like it’s a detachable towbar and said look in your car to see if you can find the neck. After looking we found the neck and no need to buy a towbar. Just wanted to say a huge thanks as this has saved us hundreds of pounds. Nice to see that there are still honest people out there and would recommend this company to anyone.

Smooth service, great communication and advice on choosing a towbar and efficient service in fitting

Really pleasant chap , excellent job

Communications were brilliant and kept us informed about our tow bar, they fit on the driveway of our home making the entire process so easy. We got a text the day before with a rough time of arrival. Brandon text on the morning to confirm actual time and was on time. Brandon was great, his work was very thorough and he was very tidy too. Took less time than expected and all was done and able to pay on the driveway once the work was completed. Highly recommend using this company. Thank you Brandon & team for a smooth transaction throughout fitting our lovely new tow bar.

Helpful company

I called in a bit of a panic as I needed a towbar supplied asap and it was proving impossible to get hold of. Kieran was so amazingly helpful, he sourced the towbar i needed and it arrived 24 hours later. Unfortunately they couldn't fit us in to fit, as I was needing it asap but Kieran gave me a courtesy call and did offer me an alternative date. Talking to Kieran filled me reassurance on a couple of issues I had, and he is a real credit to this company. Thank you again for your help.

I couldn't be happier with the tow bar installation. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I was amazed that there was no need to cut the bumper, and the finished job looks fantastic-it's so neat you'd hardly know it was fitted afterwards. What really stood out was the care and attention to detail. The fitter treated my car as if it were his own, taking real pride in his work and making sure everything was perfect. It's rare to find someone who is so conscientious and genuinely cares about the quality of the job they do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a tow bar installation. Mark did a fantastic job, above and beyond

Mark did a fantastic job - we had 2 caravans and needed the motor movers swapping from one to another (so we could keep the warranty from the new motor mover as only fitted few months ago, again by Mark via Towsure). He checked all directions were correct on the remotes for each caravan and even made extra cut offs to allow the mover to be fitted securely, whilst not damaging the axel. Can't praise Mark enough! great job(s) done!
