3. Products and Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, although orders already confirmed will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. Payment is taken at the time of checkout for online purchases. For installation services, payment terms will be confirmed in your quote.
5. Installation Services
Our mobile installation service is subject to availability. We will endeavour to attend at the agreed date and time, but reserve the right to reschedule in exceptional circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if a change is required.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
For online product purchases, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund. Bespoke or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty. Installation service bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date without charge.
7. Warranty

8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation. We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order or as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
