INFORMATION
Product Warranty
All towbars supplied and fitted by Hitched Towbars come with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. This covers the towbar itself, including the neck, face plate, and mounting brackets.
Electrical Components
All electrical components, including dedicated and universal wiring kits, are covered for a period of 24 months from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Installation Workmanship
Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the product on your vehicle. If any issue arises as a direct result of our fitting, we will rectify it at no additional cost.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear, including surface corrosion on unpainted components
- Modifications made to the product after installation
- Damage resulting from exceeding the rated towing capacity
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product

Online Store Products
Products purchased through our online store that are not installed by Hitched Towbars are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only. Please refer to the product documentation or contact us for details on specific product warranties.
